Journey to the Delivery Location
At Delivery
Photograph the documents and mailbox together, ensuring that the name is visible on both.
Place the documents in the mailbox.
The driver confirms the successful delivery with his signature, the date and time of delivery on the zipmend delivery report.
What if there is no mailbox or name present?
1. Contact Zipmend at +49 40 228 597 20. 2. If permission is granted: Delivery exclusively to the recipient with ID verification. The recipient must also sign the delivery protocol.

After Delivery
After successful delivery, the completed delivery protocol, including photos, must be sent via e-mail to mail@zipmend.com. Additionally, the shipment status must be updated to 'delivered' in our order view online.
