Prices for our truck transports include 120 minutes for loading, unloading and other waiting time. Each additional hour started costs €80 net. We also do not carry out pallet exchange. Island transports are generally possible on request only. Invoices are by default via email.
Loading and unloading assistance by the driver cannot be added to truck transports. Depending on the transport and country, you can book additional services such as neutral pick-up and delivery.

Choosing the right truck is not just a question of weight. The number of pallet spaces, the height of your load and the loading situation at the dock and at the destination matter just as much. There are two basic transport types to choose from. With a partial load, you book part of a truck's loading space for freight of up to 12 tonnes. With a full truck load, the freight may weigh up to 24 tonnes and be longer than the 7.20 metres that are the maximum for a partial load.
The partial load is the economical option when your load, by weight and by space, fills only just under half of the truck's loading space. This is typical for machine parts, spare part deliveries, materials or pallet quantities from ongoing production. Within the available partial load options, it is above all the internal height — alongside the weight — that determines which vehicle type is best suited to your freight: the 12t truck offers 40 centimetres more height than the smaller vehicles. That lets you transport taller freight or stack flatter loads on two levels.
For full loads, the standard truck with a payload of up to 24,000 kg is used. This truck holds either 33 euro pallets or 26 industrial pallets. It pays off above all for large pallet quantities, bulky plant components or shipments that take up the entire loading space.
The trucks have a curtainside body and can be loaded from the rear as well as from the side. For loads from 5 tonnes upwards we use trucks at dock height, so loading and unloading at standard loading docks is straightforward. If your transport needs a tail lift that is not available at the collection or delivery address, you can book one as an extra for 3t or 5t transports.
